These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”)and WildTechDev LLC, doing business as Affiliatable (“Affiliatable”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://affiliatable.io website as well as any other media form, mediachannel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). You agree that by accessing the Site, that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms of Use. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms of use, then you are expressly prohibited from using or accessing the site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated here in by reference in their totality and as amended from time to time. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of these Terms of Use, and you waive any right to receive specific and separate notice of each or any such change. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms of Use by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms of Use are posted.

The information provided on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, persons who choose to access the Site from any location do so of their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

The Site is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA),Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use this Site. You may not use the Site in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act(GLBA).

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video and text on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, international copyright laws, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

No Resale or Redistribution of Service

Except as expressly authorized by Affiliatable, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, create derivative works, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service use of the Service, or access to the Service or computer code that powers the Service.

2. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will betrue, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use; (4)you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise; (6) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is misrepresented, untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site(or any portion thereof).

3. Account & User Registration

You must provide your valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the subscription process. You must provide a valid email address to become a Registrant. Your login may only be used by one person – a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Affiliatable cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such user name is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Fees and Payment

Our website accepts payments via Paddle. The provider of this service is Paddle, 70 Wilson St, Finsbury, London EC2A 2DB, United Kingdom.

You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via the Site. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at anytime. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.

You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval foreach recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation, and we process your cancellation.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site.

5. Liability for our Services

When permitted by law, Affiliatable, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Affiliatable, for any claim under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again).

In all cases, Affiliatable, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

The services and information are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty.

6. Prohibited Activities

When you connect your API with Affiliatable, it will help you fetch the product details using ASIN. Note that we are not making any request using the API and get the product details in real time and display in your website.

Once the product details are pulled using the API, you have an option to change each and everything manually (Images, title, description, affiliate links, etc). Post that, we are converting your input text into HTML and embedding the HTML in the website.

We do not guarantee that any content, information, or advice in relation to Amazon or the Amazon Associates Program contained in this website or any of our products is accurate. We are not associated with Amazon or their Associates Program in any way shape or form.

We do not guarantee that using our tool will keep your account in compliance with the Amazon Associates Operating Agreement, and take no responsibility of your account gets suspended because of the use of any of our products or information we provide.

7. Amazon associate information advice

PA API function

When you connect your API with Affiliatable, it will help you fetch the product details using ASIN. Please note that we are not making any request using the API and get the product details in real time and display in your website.

8. Disputes & Refund Policy

Affiliatable is not obligated to provide you with a refund at any time. For your monthly or yearly subscription, you have 7 days after the transaction to request for a refund (no questions asked) but please be advised that we reserve the right to decline that request should we see high activity (abuse or spam) on your account within this time.

Lifetime Deals

Affiliatable sometimes offers lifetime deals. Those deals come with 7-day refund policy. All the accounts that are with our lifetime plans are tied to one particular email and it cannot be changed. It’s a complicated process to change account details as we’ve structured our system in such a way that all our lifetime plan users get all future updates without any issues.

However, we would be able to change the email for a small fee of $39 as there are works involved in transferring the license or data to the new email.

Disputes

When payments, either one-time or recurring, are disputed, Affiliatable remains the right to block the account. Under no circumstances access will be restored unless $100 penalty fee is paid.

Cancellation of service

Affiliatable reserves the right of unilateral service cancellation under the following circumstances:

Client breaks these Terms and Conditions;
Client diverges from the normal usage patterns established by Affiliatable services;
Client attempts to inflict damages on the reputation or normal work of Affiliatable.io;
As respond to requests for customer service;

Affiliatable receives abuse request concerning user actions from law enforcement agencies. Cancellation of service by client implies that all the responsibilities about data, received by Affiliatable.io services, covered by these Terms and Conditions, are in effect.

You can also cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.

9. Modifications to Service

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether. You can stop using our Services at any time, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Affiliatable may also stop providing Services to you, or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

Affiliatable users agree that Affiliatable shall not be liable to you or to any third party, for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
